located at the intersection going down to Marigot or going up on the right to Vitet, with a sprawling view over the countryside and ocean. The design of the building is based on clear cut straight lines and angles, which offers a striking effect with the use of natural materials.

The interior is a harmonious mixture of traditional and contemporary with the use of rich, warm earth tones and different shades of woods. There are two bedrooms at the entrance side by side, practically identical in style and d�cor except for the color scheme. On the other side of these bedrooms, there are sliding glass doors which lead on to the terrace. Beyond this is the interior living area, inside dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-art steel equipment including wine coolers, sub zero fridge and a professional stove with double ovens and grill top.

There is also an exterior living area. The pool is large with square arches going over the top of it giving symmetrical harmony to the exterior of the villa.
